We review all error reports within 2 business days.

Correction Process

When an error is reported, we follow a four-step process:

  1. Verify: We check the reported error against our original sources and, if necessary, contact the manufacturer or certifying body for clarification.
  2. Fix: Once verified, the error is corrected in the article within 48 hours.
  3. Document: The correction is added to the article's changelog with the date and a brief description of what was changed.
  4. Notify: If the error was material (affected a product score, rating, or recommendation), we add a visible correction notice at the top of the article for 30 days.
